Account data may include email, researcher type, company, and certification metadata. Order data may include contact, shipping, payment-method selection, item snapshots, status, and support context.

Data is used for account gating, order review, payment validation, fulfillment, COA support, fraud prevention, compliance records, and service communications.

Do not submit sensitive medical, patient, animal, clinical, or personal-use information through checkout or support. Hot Girl Labs does not need that information to process research-material orders.
