Refund and replacement policy

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation depends on shipment status and operational review.

Opened research materials are not returnable. Incorrect, missing, or damaged items may be eligible for replacement after support reviews the order ID, photos, and shipment records.

Refund timing depends on the original payment method and manual review. Payment validation, replacement approval, and cancellation notes are reflected in account order history where available.

This policy does not create any representation that materials are suitable for human, animal, medical, cosmetic, food, veterinary, or consumer use.
